This study purpose to observation the sevoflurane analgesia effect, and using nociception real-time monitoring NOX to test the correlation between the sevoflurane and NOX index.

This study purpose to observation the sevoflurane analgesia effect, and using nociception real-time monitoring NOX to test the analgesia effect of the sevoflurane. And test the correlation between the sevoflurane and NOX index.
