Summary

A prospective, non-interventional study involving the collection of biological samples with associated anonymised data. Biological samples will be collected at the time of diagnosis and/or as the disease progresses, with or without treatment, always in conjunction with tests scheduled as part of routine care or within the context of a clinical trial.

BIOLOGICAL	Sampling	Blood samples taken as part of a scheduled assessment within the context of medical care * Standard sample: 2 x 10 mL EDTA tubes * For the initial assessment: 1 x 10 mL dry tube At the request of the research teams: one EDTA tube may be replaced by a heparinised or citrated tube, depending on the planned research. Bone marrow samples, taken during a scheduled myelogram as part of medical care * Myelogram: 1 x 2 mL EDTA tube In exceptional cases, during a scheduled surgical procedure, a tissue sample will be considered in consultation with the surgeon (affected tissue, surrounding healthy tissue).
