Evaluation of the barriers and unmet needs of using dental services for children and measure the extent of parents' satisfaction with the service provided to their children using database information for the health facility by cross sectional studies

Detailed description

Utilization in health care is the consumption of services or supplies, such as the number of dental visits a person makes per year with a health care provider (Medical Dictionary 2009), it is either the first dental visit, no dental visits during a specified period, or the total expenditure of dental visits or routine care. Barriers and Unmet needs are essential to understand and assess the prevalence of oral disease to create an oral health care environment to understand children's oral health care needs. To ensure the patient and parent continuity of follow up satisfaction measurement is a demand. evaluating the patients' reaction and their satisfaction with the service makes the person want to repeat this service if he feels satisfied and sometimes happy when receiving it. Increasing parents' awareness about visiting the dental clinic to improve the quality of life of their families. Comfortable utilization dental services in dental clinics and following up on children's oral health to improve their quality of life. Increasing parents' awareness about visiting the dental clinic to improve the quality of life of their families. Increasing the detection rate and following the system that improves the performance of his task in an optimal manner, the supervisor, which gives him more comfort while carrying out his duty. Raising the level of oral health and improving the quality of life of individuals in the community.
