Summary

This study was conducted to determine the effects of Klapp Method on posture, craniovertebral angle and disability in upper cross syndrome patients.

OTHERConventional treatmentConventional Physical Therapy Treatment : 3 sessions/week for 6 weeks Hot pack 10 min Stretching exercises for Levator scapulae 3 sets for 30 sec hold each. Upper trapezius 3 sets for 30 sec hold each. Pectoralis stretches: 3 sets for 30 sec hold each. Strengthening was given to : Upper, Middle and Lower Trapezius: 10 repetitions 3 sets. Serratus anterior: 10 repetitions and 3 sets. Infraspinatus: 10 repetitions 3 sets. Deep neck flexors: 30 seconds hold 3 sets.
