1. Compare the clinical prognosis between magnetic resonance-guided laser interstitial thermal therapy (MRgLITT) and traditional open surgery (OS) on patients with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy (mTLE). 2. Explore the factors associated with seizure outcomes.
