Summary

This study evaluates the impact of a fully digital, autonomous, and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven lifestyle coaching program on managing blood pressure (BP) among adults diagnosed with hypertension. Participants received a BP monitor and a wearable activity tracker to facilitate data collection.
