Summary

This study will compare the impact of a novel high-speed, cued yoga program to a standard yoga program on retinal microvasculature, cognition and neuromuscular function.

BEHAVIORALHigh-speed, Cognitive Challenge YogaParticipants in this group will receive high-speed yoga with cuing 3 times per week for 24 consecutive weeks for a total of 72 training sessions of 1 hour duration. Subjects will move as quickly as possible from one pose to another.
BEHAVIORALTraditional yogaParticipants will perform controlled speed Hatha yoga 3 times per week for 24 weeks for a total of 72 sessions of 1 hour duration.
