Summary
To identify the circulating extracellular vesicle long RNA (exLR) profiles in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and explore the potential of exLR as biomarkers to predict the therapeutic effect of SCLC.

| DIAGNOSTIC_TEST | Blood sample collection | Baseline blood samples are collected before chemotherapy. Dynamic blood samples are also prospectively collected after 2\~4 cycles of chemotherapy, or at the time of disease progression. |
